Supplier and contact

The RadionicApp licence and services are provided by Victor Cătălin. For questions, complaints, withdrawal or refunds, use the email below. Include your account email and transaction reference; do not send card details or AI keys.

Licence and compatibility

You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the application, including in your professional practice with the Practitioner plan. The licence does not transfer copyright or permit reselling the application or sharing your account with other people. Your data and materials remain yours.

Your account allows one desktop seat and one mobile seat. Use the common Windows installer and compatible version shown with the download. Sign-in, activation, payments and managed AI require internet. Available platforms and downloads are shown in your account before purchase. A lifetime licence provides indefinite use of the versions you are entitled to; expiry of updates does not cancel the licence. Subscription access, BYOK and updates are separate rights.

Products and prices

Reference prices are in EUR. Checkout shows the total and any applicable taxes before payment confirmation. Only products marked available in your account can be purchased.

Trial and AI resources

The trial is explicitly activated without a card for 7 days with 60 credits, once per account, email address (however it is spelled), installation and computer, with a verified email; temporary email addresses are not eligible, and only a few trials can be activated from one network in a month. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. It includes every Practitioner feature; dictation can use credits, and AI images are not included in the trial.

Subscription allowances renew for their period and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits do not expire. Operation costs are shown before confirmation, and usage can be viewed in your account. BYOK uses your own billing relationship with the chosen provider. AI use requires compatible active access.

Payment and activation

Start purchases from your signed-in account so they are assigned to the correct user. Checkout is hosted by RevenueCat Web Billing with Stripe payment processing. RadionicApp does not receive full card details. Access or credits are granted after the payment service confirms the transaction; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment. Check your plan and purchases in your account. If a confirmed payment is missing after a refresh, contact support with its transaction reference. The payment service sends the confirmation and payment documents.

Cancellation and withdrawal

The monthly subscription renews automatically. You can cancel through the payment management link in your account or through support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of its period. Other products are one-time payments. Cancelling renewal is separate from exercising withdrawal rights or requesting a refund.

If you are a consumer, you have the withdrawal rights provided by law, normally within 14 days of concluding the contract. Downloading or signing in alone is not an automatic waiver of these rights. Email support a clear statement identifying you, the purchase and its date. You may use: ‘I notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for [product], purchased on [date], reference [transaction]. Name: […], address: […], date: […].’

Refunds due are made through the original payment method within the statutory period. A confirmed refund removes the benefits of that purchase without deleting local projects. Mandatory rights concerning the conformity of digital content and services remain applicable; these terms do not limit them.

Operation and support

RadionicApp provides tools for symbolic practice, intention and organisation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Review AI results before use and confirm proposed actions. Report faults to support with the app version and steps to reproduce, without client records or secret keys. Your right to contact the competent consumer protection authority or a court is unaffected.

Your data

Practice projects are stored on your device. Existing data remains available for viewing and export after access expires. The account service processes your email, sessions, device identifiers, access rights, transactions and usage for sign-in, delivery and support. AI requests send selected content to the configured service. Only use data you are entitled to process and maintain backups.
